NetGalley Review Round-up: YA Fantasy #1

I joined NetGalley a little over a month ago, and I’m really enjoying the opportunity to read review copies of books from various publishers for free in exchange for honest reviews.

I’ve decided that most of the middle grade (MG) and young adult (YA) books I read via NetGalley, except for the ones that really blow me away and the ones that are highly anticipated upcoming releases, will get lumped into 2-5 book review “round-ups” on my YouTube channel, along with the adult NetGalley titles that don’t wow me but also don’t end up on the DNF (did not finish) pile. Those will have dedicated review posts here on the blog at some point before the video, whenever it’s convenient for me to post.

Of course, this means some MG & YA titles and most adult titles that I review through NetGalley will get dedicated review videos, and in those cases, I may hold off on the dedicated blog post so that those can go live as the companion blog post to the videos.

Today is “NetGalley Review Round-Up” round #1, and the theme is YA Fantasy novels. Here’s the YouTube video, quick linked summaries of my individual book review posts below that.
